Whitney is a Registered Massage Therapist providing professional, evidence-based massage in Coquitlam. As a former NCAA Division I hockey player at Providence College and competing professionally in Buffalo, Whitney brings firsthand experience of the physical demands athletes face at every level of sport.
As a Massage Therapist, Whitney is passionate about working with athletes to support performance, recovery, and injury prevention. She also enjoys providing massage therapy to individuals from all walks of life—whether they are training for a specific goal, managing pain, improving mobility, or simply looking to feel better in their day-to-day life.
Whitney remains actively involved in hockey as an Assistant Coach for the Greater Vancouver Comets U18 Women’s team. Her approach to massage therapy in Coquitlam combines clinical knowledge with real-world athletic and coaching experience, allowing her to tailor each massage treatment to the unique needs and goals of every client.
Outside of the clinic, Whitney is also a Certified Personal Trainer and works with clients on strength, conditioning, and movement in her free time. She enjoys staying active through hiking, camping, and running, and values maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle—both personally and professionally.
