With many years of customer service experience, he is a strong listener who takes the time to understand your needs and goals.
He incorporates a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach grounded in: trauma awareness, safety and trust, collaborative choice and connection, and strength-based skill-building. He strives for inclusivity and a judgment-free space where patients feel safe, calm, and in full control of their treatment.
