William is currently pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology with a minor in Innovation from McMaster University. Passionate about movement, performance, and healthy living, he enjoys helping individuals of all ages and activity levels improve strength, mobility, and overall quality of life through exercise and education.
Throughout his experience in both clinical and fitness settings, William has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including youth athletes, busy professionals, and seniors. He has helped young athletes build strength and foundational movement skills for long-term athletic development, supported professionals in building muscle and maintaining sustainable fitness habits, and assisted older adults in improving strength, mobility, and confidence as they navigate injuries, limitations, and age-related changes.
William is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), with additional specializations in Strength & Conditioning, Bodybuilding, and Nutrition. He is also certified through The Stretching Institute, incorporating assisted stretching and PNF techniques to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and movement quality. His background in exercise science, strength training, and assisted stretching allows him to take a well-rounded, movement-focused approach to client care.
Having participated in cross-country running and powerlifting, and as a dedicated weight-training enthusiast, William understands firsthand the physical and mental benefits of exercise. His experiences as both an athlete and coach have shaped his commitment to evidence-informed practice, injury prevention, and helping individuals move and perform at their best. As he continues his chiropractic education, he is committed to providing patient-centered care through movement-based rehabilitation, education, and hands-on manual therapy, empowering clients to take an active role in their health and well-being.
