Wilhelmina (Wilma) de Zeeuw
Is an honours graduate from the International Academy of Massage and was awarded the Scott and
Sparks Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice upon graduating in November 2020.
With a Master’s Degree in Behavioural Sciences and a 20-year career in Mental Health behind her, it was
her curiosity to learn more about physical health and wellbeing that led her to a career in Massage
Therapy.
With her treatments, Wilma aims to support the body’s ability to return to a balanced state, working
with each individual client and their unique concerns to design a plan that works.
Wilma offers a variety of treatments, varying from deep tissue massage, sports massage, massage post
surgery or to support the recovery from injury, therapeutic massage to reduce stress, muscle tension or
chronic health concerns as well as relaxation massage. Wilma emphasizes massage can benefit people of
all ages. From infants to seniors and everything in between.
In her spare time, you can find her at home, spending time with her family, curled up on the couch with
a book and her cat, on her yoga mat or out for a walk with her dog.

This treatment addresses the muscle tension and aches that develop when working at a desk for extended periods of time. It targets the back, neck & shoulders, allowing for a postural and nervous system reset.
ASMR Massage sessions consist of extremely light, comforting techniques designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. This service is fully customizable and can focus on any combination of face, neck, scalp and shoulders.
