Winnie is a registered massage therapist who is passionate about helping others to improve their sense of well-being and overall health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science prior to completing her Registered Massage Therapy diploma at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019.
Her treatment style utilizes traditional Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage. She is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
Outside of the clinic, Winnie enjoys being outdoors hiking, camping, and traveling as much as possible. She also loves going on daily adventures with her dog, Ellie, and spoiling her to no end. Otherwise, you can find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
