Helping people with managing pain and preventing further deterioration of muscles and joints is her passion. She has a good understanding of trigger points, myofascial release, and soft tissue techniques. She has gained skills through work with multi-disciplinary clinics and high-end spas. Also, she is quite skillful in helping patients with Joint Mobilization, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. She worked for a wide range of patients from 7 years old to 79 years old, from desk workers to prenatal. She feels rewarded for helping people with their conditions and issues.
