By easing fascial tightness, the scar often becomes less raised, more flexible, and far more comfortable. Through the use of gentle microcurrent therapy, hands-on techniques, and targeted exercises, C-section scar release can support improved healing, movement, and overall well-being. For cesarean scars, sessions should be booked no earlier than 6 weeks postpartum. Microcurrent therapy is not suitable during pregnancy, for individuals with pacemakers, or when treating areas with active cancer or tumours.
