Yasmin is a passionate, caring, and dedicated RMT, who completed her 3000 hour RMT training program at Vancouver College of Massage therapy. She understands and acknowledges the importance of taking care of the body with providing a holistic therapeutic approach in her treatments. She makes it her goal to help and support her clients by creating a tailored patient-centered treatment. Yasmin aims to achieve optimal quality of life for her clients through maintaining strength and restoring flexibility. She uses an assortment of modalities in her treatments to bring balance to areas of pain and injury. Her techniques include but are not limited to, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, active and passive release stretching, deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular and breathing techniques. Yasmin is dedicated to making her treatment space safe and effective.
Outside of the clinic Yasmin can be found exploring the culinary scene, enjoying hikes, long walks, travels and exercise. With her passion for massage therapy, she is excited to collaborate with her patients and empower them towards their optimal health whether it be relaxation, preventative care, rehabilitation, or maintenance.
