In group sessions, you can take part as a focus client, a volunteer representative, or an active witness — and there is value in each role. How you participate will depend on how many people are in the group, and the session length may vary. Please keep in mind: if you're coming with friends or family, we'd suggest booking a separate session.

In an individual Family Constellation session, objects are used to represent family members and/or other elements. During this unique 1:1 process the objects begin to indicate the hidden dynamics of the family system. It is a phenomenological, collaborative experience. An important note regarding insurance coverage: Please be aware that my services are generally not covered under insurance plans that specifically reimburse services provided by designated regulated health professionals.

The work is intentional and collaborative, closing with a brief follow up email including a recap and practical takeaways. Clients are welcome to send a note before their session outlining what they would like to focus on.

A structured virtual coaching session designed to help clients translate personal insight into practical action. Drawing on a spiritual lens, sessions explore the challenges, patterns and resistance points that may be getting in the way of meaningful change and develop a clear, realistic plan to address them. Neurodivergent friendly by design. Each session closes with a detailed follow up email including a recap, curated resources and practical strategies to support integration between appointments.
