Nicole is a licensed acupuncturist with a deep, lifelong connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Growing up in China, Nicole was immersed in TCM as an integral part of daily life, fostering a profound respect for its holistic approach to health and wellness. This early exposure to the healing power of acupuncture and TCM sparked a passion that led Nicole to pursue formal training, becoming both a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist.
While Nicole is also a licensed herbalist, her focus is currently on providing acupuncture treatments to help clients restore balance and enhance their well-being. Drawing from the time-honoured principles of TCM, Nicole is dedicated to offering personalized acupuncture care to support a range of health concerns, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and digestive issues, insomnia.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys staying active by exploring the stunning natural landscapes of British Columbia, animal therapy, and discovering unique coffee shops where she can relax and study.

Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote healing, and may also include cupping, Gua Sha depending on the need of the patient.
Cupping involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This technique, along with Gua Sha and Tuina (traditional Chinese massage), is often used to relieve muscle tension, improve blood flow, and promote relaxation. Cupping can be especially beneficial for treating conditions like back pain, headaches, and respiratory issues like coughs or colds.

This appointment will include 15 minutes of thorough consultation and diagnosis + 45 minutes of acupuncture treatment time.
