Yolandi Pienaar is a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor with five years of experience helping clients improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being. Specializing in mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, rehabilitation, athletic cross-training, and prenatal and postnatal Pilates, she is passionate about creating supportive, engaging, and effective movement experiences for individuals of all fitness levels.
After completing her comprehensive training through BASI Pilates, Yolandi continued to expand her knowledge by attending and assisting with a variety of workshops. These have included topics such as the shoulder girdle, fascia, posture analysis, lower spine mobility, foot health, and sport-specific cross-training for triathletes, golfers, and dancers, among others. Her teaching approach combines technical expertise with mindful movement, helping clients develop greater body awareness, confidence, and sustainable movement habits.
Whether working with beginners, experienced practitioners, athletes, or clients recovering from injury, Yolandi tailors each session to support individual goals and needs. She believes Pilates is more than exercise—it's a pathway to greater strength, balance, resilience, and connection to the body.
Outside the studio, Yolandi enjoys exploring local trails, running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family as a mom.

Baseline concussion testing provides an objective snapshot of your brain function before any injury occurs. This assessment is completed by our registered physiotherapist trained in concussion management and includes both cognitive and physical measures commonly affected by concussion. During your appointment, your physiotherapist will guide you through: - A validated computerized cognitive test (memory, attention, reaction time, processing speed) - Balance and coordination screening - Symptom inventory and health history review - Education on concussion recognition, safe return-to-play/work protocols, and what to do if a concussion is suspected Baseline testing helps establish your personal “normal,” making post-injury assessment more accurate and improving the safety and clarity of return-to-sport or return-to-school decisions. Recommended for: Athletes, active individuals, sport organizations, and anyone at higher risk of concussion.
