Youna is a Registered Acupuncturist, and a member of CCHPBC (College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC). She graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. After graduation, she has done further training in Ear Acupuncture (Auricular Medicine), Laser & Chromotherapy, Electroacupuncture, and Moxibustion. Her treatment consists of a twelve meridians diagnosis and a whole body health analysis.

During a follow-up, we will continue working towards achieving your short & long term goals as laid out in your treatment plan.
Your treatment will start with a case history and then paired with an acupuncture treatment, done at a pace you are comfortable with. We will then make a treatment plan. PMS, Fertility, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Pain, Digestion, Relaxation, Sleep, Immune.
Evidence based treatment for breech support. For people in their third trimester with breech presentation. Optimal time for treatment is 34 -35 weeks but anytime discovered can be treated to help optimize positioning. Pregnant people will be sent home and given a take home kit to do at home.
This can be an initial or a subsequent appointment. It is a studied group of points that have been proved effective to reduce interventions, help with coping and reduce the duration. To be booked weekly starting at 36 weeks.
To help prepare the body for a c-section birth. To be booked weekly 3 -4 weeks leading up to the scheduled date.
