Throughout my childhood, I was involved in dance and athletics which resulted in multiple visits to physiotherapists. Experiencing the benefits of physiotherapy on a personal level led me to become interested in and pursue a career in physiotherapy.
I have completed my degree in physiotherapy from Queen’s University, and have worked in a variety of clinical settings through my placements, ranging from the Emergency Department to private practice clinics. My treatment approach centers around education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy.
As a healthcare provider I believe that taking a client-led approach is vital in meeting goals as well as creating a space where clients feel comfortable and safe. By working together with my clients, I aim to create a realistic and achievable treatment plan in order to ultimately reach client specific goals.
Outside of the clinic, I like to keep active at the gym, as well as spend time with my dog and friends watching a good show or movie!

Choose this option if it is your first time in our clinic. The primary goal of this basic assessment is to properly diagnose and set up a treatment plan. You will receive some treatment if time allows (manual therapy, home exercise, pain reduction or education) but it will NOT be a full treatment session. For an assessment with full treatment please choose the following option: Assessment + Treatment (60mins).

In this extended assessment, we will diagnose, set up a treatment plan AND provide a FULL TREATMENT SESSION (manual therapy, home exercise, pain reduction, or education may be included). This option is also for those who have a complex condition or multiple issues that require more time. Choose this option if you want to ensure a FULL TREATMENT or have more than 1 concern you want diagnosed.

Choose this 20min booking option ONLY if you have completed an assessment and your physiotherapist has recommended a shorter treatment duration. This follow-up visit will focus on treating the needs that were identified during your assessment.
