Yuko graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where she developed a strong interest in human anatomy and evidence informed practice. She incorporates Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching techniques to address pain, tension, and movement restrictions while supporting overall functional improvement.
With over sixteen years of experience as a bodyworker in both Japan and Canada, Yuko brings a broad and well-rounded background to her therapeutic approach. She is committed to delivering effective, patient focused treatments by combining precise, clinically oriented techniques with a focused and patient centered approach.
