Yulia is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) with a Master’s degree in Psychology. Her integrative approach is rooted in existential therapy, mindfulness, and DBT techniques, thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Yulia’s path into counselling began through mindful practices, which continue to shape her work. She regularly incorporates tools such as deep breathing, body scan meditation, and mindful walking to support clients in staying present, regulating emotions, and managing stress. Drawing on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), she helps clients develop skills in distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and effective communication.
With a warm and non-judgmental presence, Yulia fosters a safe space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered. She believes therapy is a collaborative journey, and whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, she walks alongside them with empathy and respect.
At the heart of her work lies a strong belief in the healing power of connection, trust, and self-awareness — guiding clients toward greater resilience, balance, and inner peace.
