Yusuf grew up in Vancouver who first obtained his Bachelor of Life Science from the University of British Columbia then went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy from University of Toronto. In Toronto, he had a variety of experiences in inpatient and outpatient departments in several major teaching hospitals in Toronto including Toronto Rehabilitation/Toronto General hospital.
After graduating, Yusuf returned home to Vancouver where he has worked in a variety of hospital, long term care and private practice MSK settings. Yusuf is dedicated to post graduate training and is currently a Level 3 manual therapist trained with the Fellow of Canadian Manipulative therapist, Vestibular Rehabilitation training and is certified in dry needling through Acupuncture Canada.
Yusuf's treatment plan includes detailed assessment to devise an individualized treatment plan including manual therapy(joint adjustments/active release technique), dry needling, electrophysical modalities, exercise prescription.
Yusuf in his spare time enjoys basketball, hiking, and weight-lifting.

The consultation is offered for new clients to see if physiotherapy is the right fit. It can be offered either online or in-person with the practitioner.
This is a subsequent 45-minutes physiotherapy session. For patients who want to have a longer session of physiotherapy or pelvic floor clients.
