I have been practicing as a massage therapist for over two decades and graduated from Sutherland-Chan School. I have worked/volunteered/lived abroad in Turks & Caicos, Bahamas, Italy and Bali.
I was voted Best Massage Therapist in Toronto for the Toronto Star Readers' Choice Awards 2019.
I describe my style as *restorative therapeutic* massage, combining deep tissue with relaxation. I tailor sessions with each client individually based on their needs.
I work with a diverse clientele from children to seniors, with varying scenarios from acute/chronic injuries, prenatal, stress management, overall wellness and maintenance, to pure self care.
I find that focussing on affecting the nervous system holistically is a truly effective way to facilitate healing for the body, mind and spirit.
