Treatment may include prescribing specific exercises, joint mobilizations, education, soft tissue release, postural correction and taping when indicated.

Yvette has a background working in both private and public practice treating orthopaedic and sports injuries including pre and post surgical rehab. She is continually progressing her practice through ongoing courses in orthopaedics.
Outside of the clinic Yvette enjoys travelling, gardening, and time spent with family and friends.

Where possible, please book 60-minutes or a Virtual Intake for a first appointment.. First visits include a detailed health intake, physical assessment and collaborative treatment planning. On-table treatment time will follow, and may include and self-care and post-treatment follow-up. Along with hands-on treatment, follow-up sessions include revaluation and progression of the treatment plan.

This initial appointment is used to gather health history and other information for complex cases where treatment planning, advocacy, or referral is beneficial. The advantage of having a virtual session means we can discuss your case and gather all the relevant information in order to make a collaborative treatment plan. Follow-up in-person sessions will have more focus on hands-on work and progressing the treatment plan. (Please note you will need to provide your credit card authorization prior to the appointment to confirm the booking will proceed.)
