An integrative & collaborative healing experience created especially for International Women’s Day. In this unique session, acupuncture and integrative breathwork combine to support your nervous system and gently unwind stored tension in the body. While profoundly calming, this experience is also integrative. When acupuncture and breathwork are layered together, healing can move beyond relaxation. For some, this may mean accessing deeper emotional layers, old patterns, stored memories, or unexpected insights. This offering is grounded, safe, and gently guided, yet open to deeper self-exploration. Ideal for women experiencing anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, this session invites you to feel rooted in your body, safe in your breath, and restored in your nervous system. Come as you are. Leave more connected to yourself. *This service can be booked once individual sessions with Sara and Rani have occurred*
