Zach is originally from the Moncton area. He graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. While at UNB, he gathered experience working with various University varsity teams including soccer, basketball and volleyball. Zach later graduated from Dalhousie University with a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2021. Since graduating, Zach has been working in private practice where he has been gained valuable experience with orthopaedic, post operative and sports related Injuries.
Zach’s deep-rooted love of sports fuelled his keen interest in sports therapy, as well as community engagement through coaching. Through his experiences while playing at the competitive level, as well as acting as a varsity team therapist at the university and national competition level, Zach has gained valuable experience while working with high level athletes and the critical demands of various sports.
In his spare time, Zach enjoys participating in various sports such as hockey and golf, as well as enjoying snowshoeing and hiking in the great outdoors.

Select this option if you are (1) NEW to our clinic or (2) your injury has returned but you have not been treated for this injury in our clinic for over 6months, or (3) you have been assessed for this injury by a Rehab1 Physiotherapist but wish to switch to another Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapy Assessment involves a 1-hour one-on-one history and biomechanical evaluation with a Physiotherapist on our Rehab1 Team. This allows us the time to a develop a clear picture of your current condition and help us provide you with the proper physiotherapy treatment plan.
Select this ONLY after you have been assessed by one of our Rehab1 Physiotherapists for the current injury AND will be returning for treatment with that specific Physiotherapist. If you are a previous patient but have not been in our clinic IN OVER 6 MONTHS, a "Physiotherapy Initial Assessment" must be selected.
ONLY select this option if you have already been assessed by a Rehab1 Physiotherapist for the current injury. * This session includes Shockwave therapy in addition to exercises prescription, manual therapy, and other modalities as deemed appropriate by your Physiotherapist.

This examination is MANDATORY for all NEW PATIENTS seeking this service here at REHAB1. This allows us the time to a develop a clear picture of your current condition and help us provide you with the proper physiotherapy treatment plan. We are now offering physiotherapy treatment sessions that will be conducted virtually for our clients that are unable to make it into the clinic for any particular reason. Please note that our virtual sessions are done with the help of our Jane online software - you will not be required to download anything. We have made this quite easy for you and hope you enjoy your treatment session!

Our TPI Golf Certified Physiotherapists will assess the biomechanics of your golf swing and identify what physical aspects may be affecting your game. Faulty and limited movement patterns can greatly affect your golf swing, decrease your distance, and also cause pain. They will create an exercise & stretching program customized to you. Then your information will be shared with our Golf Professional, Gerard Aliling, who will conduct a Full swing assessment and develop a swing program to correct the issues and optimize your golf swing.

This appointment should be booked if you are having issues related to balance, dizziness, or other vestibular related conditions.
