I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep love and respect for the human body and its incredible ability to restore itself to full function and vitality. My passion is helping clients return to their natural strength, mobility, and comfort. Each session is uniquely tailored and may include deep pressure, active release, relaxation techniques, table stretching to improve range of motion, and other therapeutic modalities depending on your goals.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and continuously explore new methods to better support healing. I also enjoy integrating elements of meditation to help calm the nervous system and create a more holistic mind-body experience.
Outside my practice, I adore anime and value time with my friends and family—they keep me grounded, inspired, and joyful. My hope is to bring that same warmth and dedication to every client I meet.
