Zarana Dobariya is a Registered Physiotherapist who has been practicing since 2017. She is passionate about pelvic health, women’s health, and evidence-informed rehabilitation, with a focus on helping patients restore function, improve confidence, and return to meaningful daily activities.
She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and has completed advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy (Levels 1–3), acupuncture, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, TMJ dysfunction, and manual therapy.
Zarana works with women, men, and paediatric pelvic floor patients and believes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Her treatment approach integrates education, movement, breathing coordination, hands-on therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation to support long-term recovery and overall well-being. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
