If you have recently sustained a concussion, or your physician has diagnosed you with one, our clinicians can help guide you through your recovery. During this comprehensive one-on-one assessment, your clinician will take a detailed history, assess your symptoms, and perform a thorough evaluation that may include cervical spine, balance, vestibular (inner ear), vision, and cognitive screening, depending on your presentation. Following the assessment, you will receive education about concussion recovery, guidance on activity progression, and recommendations tailored to your specific symptoms and goals. If appropriate, treatment may begin during this visit. Our clinicians follow evidence-informed concussion assessment and management practices and utilize standardized concussion care through Complete Concussions to help guide your recovery and support a safe return to work, school, sport, and everyday activities.

This appointment is for clients who have already completed a Post-Concussion Assessment with one of our clinicians. This follow-up is intended for treatment-based concussion care. During your visit, your clinician will review your progress, reassess your symptoms, and continue treatment based on your individual presentation and recovery plan. Treatment may include cervical spine therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, balance and vision exercises, activity progression, and education. Please book a 1-hour Post-Concussion Follow-Up if your clinician has recommended return-to-sport treadmill testing and/or other objective testing as part of your recovery plan, in accordance with Complete Concussions (CCMI) standards. Your recovery plan will continue to be adjusted based on your symptoms, goals, and response to treatment.

This appointment is for clients who have already completed a Post-Concussion Assessment with one of our clinicians. This follow-up is intended for clients whose clinician has recommended a longer appointment to complete return-to-sport testing and/or other objective testing as part of their recovery plan. Please book this appointment only if your clinician has instructed you to do so. During your visit, your clinician will review your progress, reassess your symptoms and functional abilities, and complete the planned objective testing, which may include treadmill, stationary bike, or dynamic return-to-sport testing in accordance with Complete Concussions (CCMI) standards. Continued treatment may also be provided and can include cervical spine therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, balance and vision exercises, activity progression, and education, depending on your individual needs and stage of recovery. Your recovery plan will continue to be adjusted based on your symptoms, goals, and response to treatment, helping to support a safe and gradual return to work, school, sport, and everyday activities.
