Zeke is currently completing his Post-Degree Diploma in Kinesiology at Douglas College and holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. He is passionate about helping people move with greater confidence, reduce pain, and build long-term habits that support their overall health and wellbeing.
His approach to care is calm, collaborative, and evidence-informed. Zeke believes that every client is different, so he takes the time to understand each person's goals and creates exercise programs that are practical, enjoyable, and easy to carry into everyday life. He has a particular interest in improving movement quality, addressing postural and movement patterns, and helping clients return to the activities they enjoy.
Zeke is committed to staying current with research and believes the best outcomes come from combining evidence-based practice with a holistic understanding of health. Outside the clinic, he enjoys strength training, long walks, playing guitar, exploring music from a wide range of genres, and trying new high-protein recipes.
