The Follow-Up Session is a shorter option with the same purpose: to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune strategies based on the client’s experience and feedback. The Follow-Up Session focuses on reviewing the previously discussed recommendations. We explore successes and challenges encountered in applying them, and adjust the nutrition plan as needed. The Initial Assessment includes a comprehensive evaluation of the client’s current nutrition habits and lifestyle to identify their nutritional needs and highlight any gaps between their current eating patterns and their personal goals. Personalized recommendations and applicable tools will be provided to support the client in reaching those goals.
The Meal Plan Service includes a 30-minute consultation to explore the client’s food preferences and lifestyle. Based on this information, a personalized 1-week meal plan is created to align with their specific needs and preferences. *Please note that follow-up sessions, body composition assessments, and meal planning services can only be booked once the initial assessment has been completed.
