Zoë Larigakis (R.Ac, BSc. Psychology) is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC.
She has an approach that is empathetic to the full spectrum of the human experience: trauma-informed, gentle, earth-connected, animistic and intuitive; integrating timeless wisdom with with current research and scientific perspectives. She sees our bodies as inherently connected with cycles and patterns of the natural world, and intends in her work to harmonize and heal from this place of remembering our interconnection with Life; supporting your system to remember how to align with the healing forces within your inner Nature.
Zoë uses Acupuncture needling, Acupressure, Tui Na massage, Fire Cupping, Gua Sha, nutritional therapy, intergrative herbalism, and medical Qi Gong as tools for her treatments. She is also a student of Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure, a modality of gentle, deep acupressure designed to open up space for relief of body tension, psycho-emotional processing, and trauma release.

With a 75 minute session, we have more time for a deeper conversation, longer needle retention, integration of lifestyle support such as Qigong and Nutritional support, and can integrate with more time the uses of Cupping, Massage and Acupressure.

We use Pulse, Tongue, and Channel Palpation to assess your health. Expect the use of gentle acupuncture needling to guide you into deep relaxation. Cupping, acupressure, moxibustion and Qigong or meditation may be included in your session if indicated.

Come relax in a cozy recliner chair in a shared community space. There will be 2 chairs in the room, so prepare yourself to unwind and heal in a group setting. Expect a brief intake, pulse and tongue diagnosis followed by a relaxing acupuncture nap. For a more in-depth private treatment or if a back treatment is required, book in for an Initial or Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatment. Sliding Scale $40-60

Acupuncture for Facial Rejuvenation. Tiny Acupuncture needles are placed on the face and neck to stimulate collagen and elastin production, improve overall blood circulation and promotes rejuvenation of the epidermis (superficial skin layer.) Acupuncture points will be placed on the body as well to balance the overall system and address the root cause of any skin imbalances. Reduces fine lines, appearance of wrinkles, benefits acne, scarring, dark circles, and improves overall skin health, giving a healthy glow. We also use a Jade Gua Sha tool to stimulate bloodflow and reduce fine lines. Application of natural plant-based products are used to promote hydration and health of the skin. Optimal results are seen when sessions are done twice per week over a course of 5 weeks.
