Zoe Miles
SaveZoe is a Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate currently located in Nova Scotia, offering virtual therapy sessions to clients across the Atlantic Provinces and beyond.
She uses an integrated approached, leaning heavily into trauma informed, client centred strategies. Zoe draws from somatic informed and IFS based interventions, while also leaning heavily into self-compassion, mindfulness and attachment theories. She operates from the perspective that our mind and body are forever interconnected; a wholistic, embodied approach helps heal stuck trauma in our bodies creating the growth we seek from therapy.
Zoe believes that each client has the strengths within themselves to overcome their individual challenges and is honoured to be a guide along this journey.
