Passionate about helping people from a young age, Zoe considered and moved through various roles before settling on Hypnotherapy.
"I was reading a book called The New Psychocybernetics by Maxwell Maltz, and it was in this book that mentioned the profound effect of the subconscious mind. This was the spark that got me really interested in hypnotherapy and how I could use it to help people".
In her training, she learned that the subconscious mind really runs the show, even though we tend to be unaware of it. If we can work with it instead of against it, resistance seems to melt away!
Hypnotherapy appealed to her in several ways:

- Effective
- Non-invasive
Zoe is trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH), Shamanic Healing, and Intuitive Coaching.
Zoe has a deep appreciation for self-care and balance in life, and feels that hypnotherapy can be one option for helping to attain these things. One way to think of it is getting knots out of the mind, as Massage Therapy would get the knots out of muscles!
When not wearing her therapy hat, Zoe enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, enjoying nature and good food, and gushing over cute animal videos (and her own cats, of course).
