Zoe's approach to massage is rooted in connection- with the body, the nervous system and the innate wisdom within each person. She loves tuning into the body's natural rhythms to help bring balance, relaxation and renewed vitality. Her goal is to guide clients back to themselves- to reconnect with their own self love, awareness and healing potential. She sees massage as a gateway to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle and mindset- one that nurtures the body , mind and soul as a integrated whole.
She is a passionate and intuitive massage practitioner who has been Practicing since 2011. She Graduated from the Vancouver school of Bodywork and massage (VSBM) in Vancouver, BC, completing the Spa Therapy Program. Over the years, she has continued to deepen her practice through ongoing education, including Deep Flow level 2 training in El Savador, Restorative bodywork, Prenatal massage Training , Level 1 Cranial Sacral and most recently in January 2026 , Level 2 Cranial Sacral training.
When Zoe is not immersed in her massage practice, She is a devoted mother to her sweet Daughter and Dog. She finds joy in being outdoors in all capacities, connecting with nature and cultivating community through her love of dance.
