This appointment will include a 30 minute 1-on-1 session with a Certified Athletic Therapist. In this session you can expect to create an injury rehabilitation and prevention plan tailored to your specific needs. This can include a mix of manual treatment, exercise and mobility prescription, injury education and shockwave therapy.

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
