Heal Your Lymph Acuyoga workshop.
In these workshops we will learn about the lymphatic system, how to open the lympp nodes and create lymph drainage through gentle yoga, breathwork, self massage and acupressure; while incorporating essential oils and guided meditation.
A Balanced Body's incredible Acupuncturist Cole will do ear seeds and gentle Acupuncture in Savasana to deepen relaxation, support the lymphatic sytem, detox, ease stress, pain, aid healing and bring balance to your body, mind and spirit. This is an incredible healing experience.

As Acupuncture is provided in these workshops we can directly bill your insurance provider or provide you a tax receipt.
This workshop is held at Helga Beer's beautiful studio and is limited to 12 people. #202-1600 Bay street and Shakespeare. There is ample parking under building and on Shakespeare and Bay St.
We have a strict cancellation policy for in person workshops. You will receive a credit you can use at A Balanced Body if you cancel a week before. No refunds if cancelled within the week before the workshop.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
