Integration Session
An optional follow-up session to support reflection and integration after an Integrative Mind-Body or Spinal Energetics session.
Following deeper personal work, it is common for thoughts, emotions, body sensations, or insights to continue unfolding. This session provides dedicated space to talk through your experience, reflect on what you noticed, and explore how to bring those insights into your everyday life.
Sessions may include guided reflection, grounding practices, nervous system support, and discussion around ways to continue building awareness and connection beyond your appointment.
This is an opportunity to slow down, process your experience, and receive continued support as you integrate your session.
Recommended for those wanting additional space to reflect, understand their experience, and continue their personal growth journey.
