Therapeutic massage and scar tissue mobility as early as 48 hours post-op. Gentle manual lymph drainage and light massage techniques can be applied to help support in healing after your cesarean. Scar tissue treatment and mobilization can occur anywhere from 4-8 postpartum weeks and beyond. This is not only for new mothers, anyone with a history of c-section can book.
