Please book a PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSESSMENT if you are a new client , past client with a new injury or returning client who has not attended Physical Therapy in three months.
Note: We are NOT able to take WCB claims for New Assessments for Physical Therapy Services.
Clients who provide less than 12 hours cancellation notice or miss their appointment will be charged a fee . For Massage Therapy the fee is 50% of the appointment cost and for Physical Therapy New Assessments the fee is $50.
