BOOKING AN ASSESSMENT VS TREATMENT
To ensure you receive safe, effective, and personalized care, you MUST book an assessment if 1) you are a new patient to the clinic, 2) you have not attended the clinic in 4 months or longer or 3) you are an existing patient with a new injury or concern.
Assessment sessions allow your therapist to complete a thorough evaluation, understand your current condition, and develop an appropriate treatment plan. This process is essential for providing safe and effective care.
