Our kinesiologist will go through your home program and provide you with a physical assessment in order to progress or adapt your treatment plan to get you back to all the activities you love.
We use hands-on treatment, functional movement, training, detailed home exercise programs for flexibility, strength or posture, taping, and coaching to normalize your body's biomechanics and kinetics to create effective, connected, and efficient body performance.
Our kinesiologists are registered members with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
