First-Time Appointments

If this is your first visit with us, please book an Initial Appointment . This allows your practitioner sufficient time to complete a consultation and assessment before beginning treatment.

Chiropractic Bookings

After your initial chiropractic appointment, subsequent chiropractic visits cannot be booked online . You are welcome to view practitioner availability online, but please note that additional appointment times may be available, as some practitioners work from multiple treatment rooms.

Seeing a Different Practitioner?

If you have already completed an initial appointment with one of our practitioners and are booking with another practitioner in the same discipline , you do not need to book another initial appointment. Our practitioners have access to your existing health records and treatment history.

ICBC & WorkSafeBC Claims

If you have an active ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim, please notify us before scheduling your appointment. This ensures we can book you with a practitioner who accepts these claims.

Please note that we do not provide direct billing to ICBC, WorkSafeBC, or private insurance providers. You can submit your receipts directly through your insurer’s website or mobile app, and most claims are reimbursed within 24–48 hours, depending on your provider.

Returning Patients

If you have not visited our clinic in over one year, we will ask you to update your intake forms.

For Chiropractic patients returning after more than one year, please book an Extended Session/Re-Examination . This appointment includes additional time for your practitioner to review your health history, perform an updated assessment, and provide treatment.
