Haley started her practice as an RMT in 2021. With the goal of treating the root cause, she utilizes evidence-based techniques with a holistic framework to create an individualized treatment plan that is based on client goals and abilities.
With guided post-massage care Haley's goal is to correct movement patterns and strength/mobility deficiencies to prolong massage effects, and teach self care at home.
Haley understands the interconnectedness of body systems and utilizes a variety of techniques like myofascial, trigger point release, and swedish, to treat a variety of conditions to personalize every treatment.
She has worked with a variety of conditions like; TMJ disorders, migraines, overuse injuries, scar tissue, pregnancy and much more.
