What it is

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.

Usually booked for

  • Tension building back up between visits
  • Checking in after the last treatment
  • Wanting more hands-on time than talk
