Cancellation & No Shows
We value your time and ours. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% CHARGE on the credit card you provided. No shows will be charged the FULL PRICE of the treatment.
If you are feeling unwell, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Direct Billing and Payment
We provide direct billing for many insurance providers. Please note, however, that we do not bill directly to ICBC. If you are an ICBC client, you will need to submit your receipts manually for reimbursement. We accept credit card, e-transfer or cash.
