Please book a 45 or 60 minute session for new injuries or if there has been greater than 2 months since you have seen your practitioner. 15 minutes of direct time and 5 minutes of indirect care

Most of this follow-up is spent trying tasks, routines and equipment in a practical way — working through what changed since last time, adjusting strategies for home, work or school, and leaving with the next set of exercises, modifications or tools to use.
