Physiotherapy assessment of injuries or conditions of the shoulder, spine (neck or back), pelvis, hip, lower extremity (knee, ankle, or foot) if it has been longer than 3 months since your last follow-up or if this is a new area of concern. Please note that this appointment is **contact to book** as Nicole is not presently accepting new physiotherapy clients. Nicole's physiotherapy treatments are active rehabilitation and are conducted in our gym space. For increased schedule availability or private room assessment kindly select a different practitioner. For detailed case management or if you have been specifically referred to Nicole Hart for your physiotherapy concern, please select a telehealth assessment. This appointment includes 50 minutes of direct time with your practitioner and 10 minutes of indirect care.
