Hand Therapy Assessment **Referred by Community Physician or Health Practitioner for Splinting**
Please select this appointment for a hand therapy assessment with Nicole Hart, PT, CHT requiring splinting if you have not recently had surgery and have been referred by a community physician or health practitioner for a splint. Please book a 60 minute assessment if you have a complex history including multiple surgeries. We will shorten the appointment if the full 60 minutes is not required. This 45 minute session includes 40 minutes of direct time with your practitioner and 5 minutes of indirect care
