INITIAL ASSESSMENT & COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE FEE INCREASE

Initial assessments will have a small increase to $160.00 for an initial assessment and treatment and $182.60 including HST for a cosmetic initial assessment and treatment as of July 1st 2026. Follow up cosmetic acupuncture sessions will be $142.60 including HST. Thank you for your understanding as I invest time and resources in skill development and education to continue to offer the utmost quality care.

CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of appointments within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time as well as “no shows” will be subject to a 100% charge of the appointment fee . Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment fee . These fees are in place to both respect the practitioner’s time and to ensure that patients prioritize cancelling appointments more than 24 hours prior to their appointment, in order to provide enough notice for other patients on the waitlist to utilize the time slot.

CLINIC LOCATION AND PARKING

Parking is available on site in the driveway, on the opposite side of Robert Street , or on Russell Street , please be mindful to park on the opposite side of the street as per the no parking signs

The clinic is located at the back of a residential building , please follow the pathway along the side of the home to the clinic door. At this time, please note that there is currently no waiting room available. Thus, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, please use the outdoor seating provided or wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. Thank you!
