This extended acupuncture treatment will be focused around applying the elements of your personalized treatment plan, that was created based on the information discussed during the initial assessment, to continue to address your current symptoms by treating the root cause(s) of your health concern(s). Any new health concerns may be also discussed and worked into the treatment plan. This treatment will include acupuncture, as well as various modalities of TCM such as cupping therapy, tui na massage, and gua sha, when applicable.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
