**Hot stone reflexology is not recommended for people who have sensitive or thin/frail skin, women who are pregnant, if you are prone to blood clots, uncontrolled blood pressure, or are receiving chemotherapy. It should also be avoided if you have any conditions that prevent the body from regulating heat or have a depressed immune system and those who have had recent surgery.
