ICBC Fee Adjustment Notice – Effective April 1, 2026
Following recent changes to the ICBC fee schedule, we’ve lowered the user fees (the portion not covered by ICBC) for select services.
What’s changing:
ICBC (New clients): +$3 per session (standard physiotherapy and massage therapy). +$5 per session (nonstandard physiotherapy)
No changes:
Kinesiology sessions
ICBC (existing clients before October 1, 2025)
Mask Policy
As per the most recent guidelines from BC Public Health, masks are now optional. If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste), we respectfully ask you to re-schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee. Thank you for understanding.
