Jeffrey graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2021 before moving across the country to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at western University in 2023.
Being a competitive athlete from a young age, Jeffrey understands the challenges of recovering from an injury and the impact it may have on many aspects of life. His approach to therapy is grounded in a genuine desire to help others achieve their physical goals and overcome challenges.
Jeffrey understands that every client has different needs and caters his therapy to meet them where they are at. He is committed to delivering a holistic treatment experience through a combination of manual therapy, modalities, education and most importantly, an active exercise program. With these therapeutic techniques, his goal is to guide patients toward a path of sustained recovery and improved wellness.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Jeffrey at a gym or court playing some type of sport which includes volleyball, basketball, soccer, badminton, or snowboarding. Jeffrey's other interest lies in food. Given the opportunity, he can spend all day talking about food.
