Priority Access Appointments (select AM/PM)
Limited priority appointments for urgent bookings.
✅ 30 min – 1 targeted area.
✅ 45 min – 2–3 areas.
✅60 min+ – Multiple areas of concern.
Appointments in increments of 30 min up to 150 min.
Building access
Appointments Monday ➡️Sunday (7pm and later) please pull up to the garage gate and text 778-222-1051 with your name. On foot/drop offs, please use breezeway entry (same access for Everbean/Rexall) and text that you’re at the “breezeway entrance”. Once the Enterphone is repaired notifications will be issued.

Cancellation policy
By booking with us you are agreeing to our 24hr cancellation/no show policy. Full charges apply with late cancellations/no shows/accidental bookings. This is inclusive of sudden illness & any unexpected incidences (funerals/death, accidents, hospitalizations, alien abductions etc). Card on file is used to cover the balance owing for the treatment/after insurance has been processed.

Health forms NOT completed prior to arrival only receive the remaining time left of the reservation. Same with late arrivals.
