Take some time to calm, centre and connect this fall at our weekend yoga retreat, featuring multiple yoga & meditation classes; energy aligning acupuncture treatments; wellness talks and meditative walks in the old growth forest.
Registrants will be contacted by early-October with agenda and specific arrival and departure times. (Typical arrival is around 2pm and departure around noon)

Your investment of $550* includes all classes/sessions, all meals (homemade, gluten free and nutritiously delicious!), coffee/tea bar and 2 nights single room accommodation.
*$240 of this retreat fee may be claimed under extended health coverage where applicable, a $50 deposit at time of booking will hold your spot and is not refundable should you cancel within 2 weeks of the retreat.
